Hi, I'm Keree (Kez). I'm a qualified fitness instructor, personal trainer, and mum of three. I'm the heart behind Move and Improve, a community built on the belief that movement is one of the most powerful tools for mental health, confidence, and wellbeing.
I absolutely love working with beginners and anyone who feels nervous stepping into a class. My mission is simple: help you overcome that fear, feel genuinely welcome, and leave stronger and prouder than when you arrived.
At Move and Improve, everyone belongs. Every class is designed for all fitness levels with adaptations so you can work at your own pace. I've recently launched affordable online workouts perfect for busy lives, and I also run a free Sunday morning running club.
